30-day money-back guarantee

Woofwoof.ca offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@woofwoof.ca with your order details and we'll arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day window above applies to the most recent charge.
