These Terms are an agreement between you and Woofwoof.ca ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Woofwoof.ca provides a digital "dog life passport" together with related daycare booking features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use it unlawfully; (b) engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe intellectual property rights; (d) interfere with security (including malware, probing, or scraping); or (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or via Paddle.

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, content, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your plan.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud, death, or personal injury).
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
